Your Mission
Test Plan Development: Collaborate with our CSO Steffen to design and execute tests for evaluating the functionality and compliance of our electrochemical stack for our 260 tCO2/year DAC demonstrator.
Collaborate: Work with the team to develop internal and external test setups.
Infrastructure Setup & Maintenance: Set up and maintain the test infrastructure, with a focus on quality assurance and reliability. Electrical wiring qualifications are a plus.
Data Analysis: Analyze test data and communicate key results to the development team.
Adapt & Innovate: In the fast-paced startup world, your ability to adapt to an evolving environment and quickly pivot will be crucial. Youβll work autonomously, learn on the go, and contribute to shaping a new sector.

What You Bring
Education: M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Testing Experience: Experience designing and conducting test protocols.
Electrochemical Testing: Familiarity with cell stack testing - fuel cells, electrolysers, flow batteries, electrodialysers or similar.
Data Skills: Strong in data analysis and presenting results clearly.
Essential Traits
Methodical & Detail-Oriented - You work carefully and focus on the details
Troubleshooter - You identify issues and maintain test stands
Bias for action - You prototype, test, and ship while others are still planning
Comfortable with intensity - 12-hour days and weekend sprints don't scare you, they energize you

Excellence as standard - Mistakes happen, but mediocrity doesn't
Bonus Points
Test Automation: Basic scripting knowledge (LabVIEW, Matlab, Python, R-Studio).
Electronics Qualification: Formal qualification in electronics for high-voltage DC/AC
