We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tenant Acquisition Manager to join our team at Nawy Real Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for driving tenant acquisition strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring optimal occupancy rates across our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective tenant acquisition strategies to attract high-quality tenants.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and assess market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the leasing process from initial contact through to lease execution.
  • Present properties to prospective tenants and conduct property tours.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and terms with tenants, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and enhance visibility in the market.
  • Analyze leasing performance and market trends, providing insights to improve acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing or tenant acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and tenant needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
