Position: Quality Supervisor

Location: Lansing, MI

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Overview:

Quick Hire Staffing is seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to lead and manage quality assurance activities, ensuring products and processes meet established standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily quality assurance operations and team members.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Lead audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Train, mentor, and develop quality assurance staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in leading quality teams and managing quality systems.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, technical degree, engineering background preferred, but not required.

Certifications:

• Certifications such as Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, or equivalent are a plus.
