About the Clinic
This outpatient orthopedic clinic in Oak Grove, MO provides physical therapy care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic serves patients from age 11 to 90 and treats a variety of needs, including mobility limitations, strength deficits, balance concerns, pain-related movement issues, and return-to-activity goals.
The clinical team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, and all documentation is completed in WebPT.
About the Job
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, provide skilled therapy services, educate patients, and track progress throughout the plan of care. This is a full-time role with flexible schedule options and competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay
- $65K–$70K per year for new graduates
- $80K–$90K per year for experienced PTs, based on years of experience
Schedule Choices
Option 1: Four 10-hour days
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday–Friday
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and reassessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
- Educate patients on home exercises and activity changes
- Track progress and update treatment plans when needed
- Complete documentation in WebPT
- Work with PTAs and other clinical staff to support patient care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required
- Active Missouri PT license or eligibility for Missouri licensure
- New graduates welcome
- Outpatient orthopedic experience helpful, but not required
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
