About the role 

An accelerated pathway designed to transform you into a strategic Campaign Analyst.

 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Daily Operations: Provide essential support to the campaign management team to ensure smooth execution. You will gain hands-on experience in setting up and managing AI campaigns from scratch.
  • Data Monitoring & Support: Collaborate with Campaign Analysts to monitor campaign performance, identifying data trends and potential issues early.
  • Operational Excellence: Support the team in maintaining smooth workflows by leveraging internal tools and automation processes.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively learn about the AdTech ecosystem and optimization logic to provide valuable insights for future campaign strategies.

 

Who you are

  • Aspiring Tech Professional: Open to fresh graduates or those with limited experience, but must possess a strong ambition to build a career in the AI and Digital Advertising industry.
  • Tech-Savvy Learner: Passionate about emerging technologies (including AI tools); capable of mastering new proprietary software and systems rapidly.
  • Hands-On & Proactive: Possesses a strong "can-do" spirit. Approaches challenges with a positive, hands-on mindset, actively seeking solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Maintains a sharp eye for accuracy. Takes pride in delivering error-free work, ensuring precise campaign configuration.
  • Language Ability: Fluent in English (reading/writing); comfortable communicating effectively within an international team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AI Curiosity: Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve personal productivity is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (e.g., CPM, CPA, ROI) or social media platforms.
  • Data Sense: Not afraid of numbers and basic Excel functions.
