BlackStone eIT is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer (Lead) to join our innovative team. As a Full Stack Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while mentoring and guiding junior team members. This role requires a strong technical background in both frontend and backend development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving technical excellence.

Key responsibilities include overseeing full stack software development, ensuring best practices in code quality and architecture, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on project objectives, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Technologies

- React 18 + TypeScript — hooks, context, component composition, performance optimization

- Data visualization — Recharts, D3.js, or Chart.js; knows when to use which

- Tailwind CSS or equivalent — responsive layout, mobile-first design

- Figma-to-code — takes a polished Figma design and faithfully implements it without a designer in the loop

- MSAL.js — Azure AD authentication in SPAs

- REST API integration — fetch/axios, error handling, loading states, optimistic updates

- State management — React Query or Zustand

- GitHub Actions — frontend CI/CD pipeline

- Mobile responsiveness — CSS Grid/Flexbox, viewport testing across devices

- Vitest / React Testing Library

- WebSocket or SSE for real-time data feeds

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack development
  • Proficiency in backend technologies such as .Net Core, C#, NodeJs, or similar
  • Strong experience in frontend frameworks, including Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and technology innovation
  • - React + TypeScript SPA — six tabs: personalized executive home, KPI dashboard, finance & budget, technology portfolio, news & updates, wellbeing
  • - Role-based views — executive (read-only summary), operational (read/write), admin (full configuration)
  • - Azure AD SSO integration (MSAL.js), MFA enforcement, session management
  • - Data visualizations — pie charts, bar charts, line charts, sparklines, progress bars, ranked leaderboards, posture indicators
  • - Approval workflows — pending approvals, signature requests, approve/decline actions with audit display
  • - Mobile responsiveness — all panels usable on a 390px viewport
  • - Error states — graceful handling when data is stale, partial, or unavailable

Benefits
