Job Overview:

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 BC projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 BC implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resources while managing risks and resolving project issues.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure alignment with Dynamics 365 BC capabilities.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including developers, consultants, vendors, and business teams.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial and time constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s best practices and standards for Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
  • Drive change management and end-user adoption efforts through training and communication plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC modules and functionality.
  • Proven experience managing full project lifecycle with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform and integration tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work remotely or in hybrid teams.
