BIM Modeller Intern (3/6/12 months)

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and developing 3D BIM models for plumbing systems using Revit.
- Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Update and modify BIM models based on project requirements.
- Ensure drawings follow project standards and BIM guidelines.
- Assist in coordination with consultants and other trades to resolve drawing issues.
- Support submission drawings and documentation.

Site Coordination (Secondary Scope):

- Assist site team in basic coordination when required.
- Support in checking drawing discrepancies and updating models accordingly.
- Participate in site visits for understanding project conditions.

Requirements:

- Must be able to use Revit (basic to intermediate level).
- Able to produce BIM drawings / 3D modelling work.
- Diploma or Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently with guidance.
- Good attitude and attention to detail.
