We are working with an AV systems integrator in Singapore who is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing sales team. The company specialises in AV and Unified Communications solutions, serving corporate enterprises, MNCs, and government clients across Singapore.

Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
• Drive revenue growth by developing and managing Large Enterprise and Government accounts.
• Consistently achieve sales and business development targets.

Solution Selling
• Identify customer requirements and position integrated UC and collaboration solutions.
• Align solutions with clients’ IT infrastructure, hybrid workplace strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Managers, consultants, and channel partners.

Ecosystem Collaboration
• Work closely with strategic technology partners such as Microsoft, Zoom, and leading AV/IT ecosystem providers.
• Deliver certified and scalable meeting room solutions.

Sales Operations
• Maintain disciplined CRM management, project tracking, and pipeline forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the AV, UC, or IT solutions space
• Prior experience in solution selling or working with an SI or technology vendor is an advantage
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
• Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
