We are seeking an experienced Partnerships & Alliances Manager to drive the growth and expansion of lending partnerships across Banks, NBFCs, and FinTech institutions. This role is responsible for building strategic alliances, expanding lending distribution channels, and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in lending products, partnership management, and financial services ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable partnerships, optimize partner performance, and identify new opportunities to increase loan volumes, revenue, and market reach.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and other lending institutions.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of lending alliances, including partner identification, onboarding, engagement, and performance management.
  • Drive distribution and growth across multiple lending products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Credit Lines, Gold Loans, and other retail or commercial lending solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and establish mutually beneficial partnership frameworks.
  • Monitor and improve key business metrics including loan disbursements, conversion rates, approval ratios, turnaround times, ticket sizes, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze partner performance through MIS reports, dashboards, and funnel analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and partner success.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, lending policies, KYC norms, AML guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Leverage market intelligence and performance insights to enhance partnership strategies and improve lending outcomes.
  • Develop scalable processes and frameworks to maximize partner productivity and portfolio growth.

  • Proven experience in lending partnerships, alliances, or business development within Banks, NBFCs, or FinTech organizations.
  • Strong understanding of lending products, loan distribution channels, and financial services ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with expertise in MIS reporting, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including dashboards, reporting, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies and business recommendations.
  • Sound knowledge of lending regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, problem-solving, and partnership development.
