Business Development Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support the growth of our services and customer base. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to learn and build a career in business development.

The role involves supporting lead generation, assisting with client acquisition, and helping maintain relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs, support sales activities, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

·        Support the business development team in promoting company services across relevant markets.

·        Assist in identifying potential customers and generating new business leads.

·        Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

·        Support new customer onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.

·        Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

·        Maintain and update sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data using CRM or internal systems.

·        Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.

·        Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

·        Participate in meetings, site visits, and networking activities as required.

·        Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

·        0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a similar role.

·        Strong interest in sales, client management, and relationship building.

·        Exposure to e-commerce, retail, logistics, or B2B environments is an advantage.
