About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career HR professionals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in talent acquisition. You will receive hands-on training while supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for local and international hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring decisions.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring metrics.
- Support other Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA (Human Resource Management) or an equivalent HR-related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals will be an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
