Here at Mindera, we are continuously developing a fantastic team, and would love for you to join us. As a Software Engineer you’ll be part of the development of the core service-oriented architecture.

We’re looking for experienced Ruby Developers who have the appetite for solving complex and interesting problems. Your focus is to develop with high standards while having operational aspects in mind (metrics collection, tracing, etc.) with a holistic view on the backend platform in the back of your mind.

This project is in FinTech space and is for managing international payments through a digital self-service account.

Requirements

You Rock At

  • Ruby Language with RoR
  • AWS
  • Docker
  • CI/CD
  • Experience of working in financial services, payments or a regulatory industry
  • Experience in GO a Plus


You are good at

  • Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team and company purpose.
  • Building highly concurrent, transactional and resilient services
  • Adept at various Agile methodologies and processes
  • Providing technical solution design (arch diagrams) and enable discussions with peers (SRE, Data etc)
  • Developing technical designs and conducting reviews (IPRs)
  • Ensuring code follows agreed style and security standards and is well documented.
  • Fix bugs in existing code.
  • Running Spikes/investigations needed for the tech solutions and break down cards further for the team
