Role: Senior Director - Ecommerce Product

Role Summary

Lead development and adoption of commerce products, tools, and frameworks that improve planning, activation, measurement, and operational efficiency across clients. The role connects strategy, tech, data, and activation teams to build scalable product solutions for commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Define roadmap and build commerce tools, dashboards, and planning frameworks aligned to client and commerce team needs.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Drive adoption of product solutions across teams and clients through training and structured rollout.
  • Workflow Integration: Integrate products into planning, activation, and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and standardisation.
  • Data & Measurement: Build measurement frameworks and reporting solutions that drive performance insights and optimisation.
  • Innovation: Identify gaps, test new product features, and scale successful solutions across clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with strategy, tech and client teams to ensure product relevance and impact.
  • Product Partnerships- Manage & evolve 3P Commerce tech partnerships.

Ideal Profile

  • 6-10 years in e-commerce, digital product, or commerce tech roles
  • Experience building or scaling tools, dashboards, or planning frameworks
  • Strong understanding of marketplace, retail media, and D2C ecosystems
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally
