- Lead marketing operations supporting North America while managing, mentoring, and developing a Brazil-based marketing operations team.
- Establish and manage marketing intake and operational workflows that prioritize requests and align teams on timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Coordinate operational support across campaigns, events, and GTM initiatives in partnership with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales on lead lifecycle stages, qualification criteria, and funnel management.
- Maintain governance over MQL, SAL, and opportunity definitions, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
- Monitor funnel health and conversion performance, identifying areas where process improvements or campaign adjustments are needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing systems, automation, and operational processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with internal technology teams, when needed, to implement system improvements that support marketing scalability.
- Work with analysts to synthesize campaign and funnel data into strategic insights that guide marketing investment decisions.
- Monitor website performance, search visibility, and engagement metrics, providing insights that support SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization (AEO) initiatives.
- Identify trends in lead quality, engagement, and pipeline performance to inform improvements in targeting and campaign strategy.
- Provide leadership with clear, actionable reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Establish and maintain campaign operational standards, including performance measurement guidelines.
- Ensure campaigns are structured to support audience targeting, lead capture, and funnel progression across marketing programs.
- Identify bottlenecks across marketing processes and recommend improvements that increase speed, clarity, and cross-team coordination.
- Collaborate closely with CI&T’s global marketing operations team to ensure systems, processes, and reporting align with enterprise standards.
- 6–8 years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B environment
- Fluent or highly proficient in English, with the ability to work effectively with North America–based teams.
- Experience managing marketing operations or campaign execution teams
- Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and intent platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools
- Experience supporting demand generation, ABM, or integrated marketing programs
- Experience managing marketing data analytics, attribution models, and funnel reporting
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working in technology, consulting, or digital services environments
- Experience supporting global marketing organizations with distributed teams, strongly preferred
