About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and grow traffic and revenue across our Chefman-owned website
- Lead DTC ecommerce strategy across Shopify and related platforms
- Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, affiliate, influencer, email, SMS, and social channels
- Improve website conversion, merchandising, customer journey, and retention
- Partner with Creative and Marketing teams on campaigns, launches, promotions, and site content
- Analyze traffic, customer behavior, and ecommerce performance to drive optimization and growth
- Develop strategies to strengthen direct customer relationships outside of Amazon
- Lead testing and optimization across landing pages, PDPs, checkout flow, and lifecycle marketing
Qualifications
- 7+ years of ecommerce, DTC, or digital growth experience
- Strong Shopify and consumer brand experience
- Proven success driving website traffic, conversion, and online revenue growth
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, CRM/email marketing, and analytics
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills
