About the role
- Identify, engage, and invite prospective guests through professional networks and other outreach channels for a private wine and dining concept.
- Plan and implement growth initiatives across various platforms.
- Drive the enrolment and recruitment of like-minded partners and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, prospects and strategic business partners.
- Represent the Company at exclusive events, tastings, and brand-related activities.
- Track and maintain sales activities and pipeline progress.
- Develop and recommend creative marketing ideas based on current market trends and insights.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support additional duties as required to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, customer engagement, or relationship management
- Relevant experience in the following sectors:
- Wine, spirits, or premium beverages
- Hospitality, hotel, or upscale F&B
- Financial services (e.g. private banking, wealth management, fundraising, or investor relations)
- Self-driven and independent, with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays where required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
