We are looking for an outstanding Client Partner Lead to join our Pinterest Ads sales team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a senior digital advertising sales role focused on the Vietnam market, working with top-tier brand advertisers and media agencies to help them achieve their marketing objectives through Pinterest's ad platform.
This role is well-suited to an experienced digital media sales professional or senior account executive who has built strong relationships within Vietnam's agency and advertiser ecosystem and is ready to take ownership of a high-value client portfolio.
What You Will Do:
Drive revenue growth by selling Pinterest advertising solutions across a portfolio of products to new and existing advertisers.
Prospect, develop, and close deals with brand advertisers and media agencies across key verticals including FMCG, Online Services, Consumer Electronics, Media & Entertainment, Automotive, Real Estate, and Pharma.
Consult clients and agencies on how to meet their marketing objectives using Pinterest's ad products, leveraging expertise in digital media planning, campaign buying, and pricing models.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders at top media agencies and brand clients across the Vietnam market.
Understand clients' current and upcoming campaign objectives and KPI benchmarks, and propose tailored solutions from the product portfolio.
Consistently deliver against sales targets while maintaining an excellent client experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Solutions Managers to ensure smooth campaign launches and timely, effective feedback loops.
Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and annual sales revenue.
Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments; represent Aleph at industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
Resolve client issues efficiently and constructively, contributing to solutions that prevent recurring problems.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital media advertising sales, with a focus on large accounts and direct revenue responsibility.
Proven track record of building and managing high-value client relationships with top media agencies and brand advertisers in the Vietnam market.
Strong knowledge of online advertising, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
Experience navigating media agency dynamics and consultative sales processes.
Excellent commercial acumen with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple pitches and client relationships simultaneously.
Effective communicator in both Vietnamese and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
