About the Role

As a Partner Success Associate, you'll support our Channel Partner team across day-to-day operations, partner communications and CRM management. 

This is a 12-month contract based in Athens (hybrid). It reports to the Head of Partnerships EMEA.

Responsibilities

Partner Operations

  • Run and optimise partner onboarding
  • Handle data entry, CRM updates and pipeline hygiene 
  • Assist with MBR and QBR scheduling and preparation
  • Track and flag open action items, billing follow-ups — closing loops and assisting to partner needs
  • Support with long-tail partner communications: run regular touchpoints, answer product questions, and escalate where needed
  • Keep partner records clean and up-to-date in HubSpot

Learn How the Channel Works

  • Build working knowledge of Yodeck's platform, pricing, and partner programme 
  • Contribute to building the playbooks, templates, and processes we're creating as a team

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar (0–2 years experience — first internship welcome)
  • Fluent English, native or near-native Greek
  • Strong written communication — this role runs on email, Gdocs, and HubSpot
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets and project trackers — you don't need to be a wizard, but you can't be afraid of a formula
  • High follow-through — you close loops, you don't wait to be chased
  • Organised, direct, and open to feedback

Bonus Points For

  • Prior exposure to B2B, SaaS, Sales Ops, or Customer Success
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, or Google Workspace
