About the role
- Provide full range of secretarial and personal assistance, including but not limited to the schedule meeting & prepare agenda, arrange travel tickets, accommodations & vehicles, and other support on personal matters
- Handle correspondence and communications with incumbents of various business units and departments of the group as well as externals parties on behalf of the Senior Executive
- Organise work plans, prioritise tasks and keep up-to-date schedule of appointments
- Perform outdoor duty is required, participate in business activities and events, and be responsive to provide just-in-time support, whenever necessary
- Provide administrative support to the executive office, handle budget, expenses and claims reimbursement, as well as prepare reports, meeting minutes and relevant materials
- Complete any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- At least 5 years relevant working experience from Personal Assistant role is a must
- Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent and professional written and verbal English communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Be agile, smart and efficient
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior PA
