Join our high-performing Stainless Steel warehouse in Palmerston North as a Storeperson. In this hands-on role, you’ll pick, pack, and dispatch orders supporting Vulcan’s Lower North Island customer network. Expect a fast-paced environment with consistent daily workflow. Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and despatch customer orders
• Receive, check, and store incoming stainless-steel products
• Operate forklifts, band saw and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update warehouse systems
• Ensure products are handled and stored correctly
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
• Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers

What You'll Bring

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally working with stainless steel or metal products.
• Forklift experience (licence preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good computer and warehouse management system skills.
• A customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy operational environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Currently residing in NZ or holding a valid work visa
• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen
