OUR CLIENT is a well-established international professional services organization operating across multiple markets globally. The company is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead Talent Acquisition. This role goes beyond delivery; it is a critical leadership position responsible for shaping talent acquisition strategy, strengthening employer branding, and enabling business growth through exceptional hiring practices.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, using disciplined execution and innovation to strengthen talent acquisition, including:
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Training and developing the recruitment team while adapting global best practices to the Lithuanian market.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements and understand business needs.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for experienced professionals and early-career talent.
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
  • Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates, to evaluate team and process effectiveness.
  • Leading the planning and execution of recruitment budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition processes by applying leading practices and innovative tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment standards, and applicable employment regulations.

Stakeholder Partnership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on recruitment performance and market insights.
  • Build collaborative partnerships across internal teams to deliver business objectives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and results-oriented team culture.
  • Provide coaching and direction to support delivery against hiring goals.

Executive Recruiting:

  • Lead executive-level hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support strategic and business-critical recruitment initiatives.

Project & Initiative Leadership:

  • Lead the evolution of employer branding in Lithuania to strengthen the company's ability to attract and engage top talent.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives that improve delivery, efficiency, and team performance.
  • Contribute to broader talent and workforce planning projects.

Communication & Leadership Presence:

  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders and present confidently to various stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and adaptability in complex situations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a recruitment leadership role.
  • Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience within Financial Services, Professional Services, Consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of building and promoting a strong employer brand to attract top talent in Lithuania.
  • Experience working in an international company environment.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
  • Experience using sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and recruitment technologies.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian employment law and relevant EU employment regulations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Would Be Considered an Advantage

  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS platforms.
  • Proven leadership in Talent Acquisition within a professional services, consulting, or international corporate environment.
  • Experience leading international or multi-country recruitment initiatives.
  • Experience managing recruitment vendors, agencies, RPO providers, and sourcing partners.

Salary

The salary starts from 4,500 EUR gross/month and may be significantly higher depending on the candidate's experience, expertise, and overall fit for the role.
