Our client is an early-stage healthcare technology startup building an AI documentation platform for home health clinicians. The product automatically completes OASIS and routine visit notes in minutes through ambient voice workflows, reducing documentation time by up to 80% for clinicians working in a high-burden care environment.

Headquartered in San Francisco, the company is focused on supporting home health agencies and clinical leaders facing staffing shortages, heavy documentation requirements, and rising operational pressure in elder home care.

The Mission

This company exists to give clinicians time back. By reducing administrative work and helping teams spend more time with patients and families instead of paperwork, the platform connects a clear commercial opportunity with a mission that feels tangible and urgent.

The Opportunity

This is a strong fit for a high-output BDR with 6 months to 2 years of experience who wants to sharpen core outbound skills in a demanding environment. The role is especially compelling for candidates who enjoy difficult-to-sell products, are confident on the phone, and want a clearer line of sight to becoming an AE.

What You'll Do

  • Build a pipeline through high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to home health decision-makers, owning the top-of-funnel process from first touch through booked demo.

  • Run qualification conversations that uncover pain points and clearly communicate the product’s value to clinical and operational buyers.

  • Attend conferences to generate leads and represent the product in the market.

  • Partner with the team to improve messaging, outbound strategy, and market feedback loops.

What You Bring

  • 6 months to 2 years of BDR/SDR experience in an early-stage B2B SaaS company.

  • Significant cold calling experience and a confident phone presence.

  • Evidence of success in selling a difficult-to-sell software product and exceeding outbound goals.

  • Motivation to work in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

  • Ability to work in San Francisco on a hybrid schedule of 3–4 days per week, or willingness to relocate.

  • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where the process is evolving and feedback loops are fast.

Interviewing Process

  • Initial screen with a co-founder — 30 minutes.

  • Level 1: Leadership interview — 30 minutes.

  • Level 2: Interview with the Co-Founder — 1 hour.

  • On-site half-day interview of about 2.5 hours, including team meetings, Q&A, and cold-call role-play exercises.
