Location: Des Moines, Washington
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient position. You’ll work with patients who need help improving strength, mobility, balance, and daily function. The pace is designed for focused care, giving you room to treat the person in front of you rather than rushing through appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and identify physical limitations
• Set practical treatment goals with each patient
• Lead therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
• Adjust plans based on progress, pain levels, and function
• Educate patients on recovery, prevention, and home exercises
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date
• Partner with clinic staff to support smooth patient care

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong assessment and patient communication skills
