About the role
Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.
We're looking for passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — scheduling, billing, insurance — so you can focus on care.
Why clinicians work with us
Complete Flexibility: Choose your work hours, appointment settings, and client load with our telehealth system, balancing professional autonomy with personal needs
Administrative Support: Our team manages all scheduling, insurance, billing, and credentialing tasks, allowing you to focus solely on client care
Robust Referral Network: Build a diverse caseload through our connections with insurers, universities, and community providers
Remote Practice Model: Enjoy the independence of private practice with the backing of a group — from wherever you work
Competitive Compensation: Earn meaningfully for the clinical work you deliver
Meaningful work. Make a real difference for Medicaid members and help close gaps in access to care
Optional peer consultation. Connect with other independent clinicians in the network when you'd like a second perspective.
