Position: Sales Appointment Setter

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for connecting with people? We're looking for a Sales Appointment Setter to join our team and play a key role in driving our business forward.

Rate: $5-6/hr (Depending on Experience)

Willing to work on EST Hours

Will Start Part Time - 20 to 30 Hours Per Week

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through multiple channels, including phone calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, SMS campaigns, and direct messaging.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Build and manage prospect lists using various lead generation tools and platforms.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
  • Create and manage drip campaigns to maintain consistent communication with prospects.
  • Qualify leads by identifying business needs, pain points, decision-making processes, and buying intent.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers through effective communication.
  • Clearly explain company products and services while positioning value to potential clients.
  • Assist with marketing and prospecting initiatives, including:
  • Meta/Facebook Ads
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Campaigns
  • Other digital marketing campaigns designed to generate leads
  • Track all activities, leads, and appointments accurately within the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and appointment-setting efforts.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.

 

Requirements

    • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or outbound sales.
    • Experience conducting cold outreach through multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, SMS, direct messaging, and phone calls.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, including Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of lead nurturing and sales pipeline management.
    • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
    • Ability to create, manage, and optimize drip campaigns.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
    • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus.
