Mira Developments LLC is looking for an organised and responsible professional to combine HR administration within office management. If you have experience in the real estate sector and are skilled at handling documentation, we want you in our team!

Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Supporting the onboarding and registration process for employees and real estate agents.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date contact database and company structure.
  • Assisting with onboarding for new team members.
  • Monitoring vacation schedules and time tracking.

    Office Management:
  • Ensuring smooth office operations (ordering stationery, water, and supplies).
  • Greeting clients and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinating couriers and cleaning services.
  • Assisting in the organisation of internal corporate events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Admin or Office Manager.
  • Deep understanding of document workflow of the company.
  • HR administration skills (hiring, transfers, terminations, maintaining personnel files).
  • Ability to handle high volumes of information and documents in a multitasking environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Good command of the English language.

    Nice to have:
    • Knowledge of basic labor laws.
    • Prior experience in the Real Estate sector.
