H exists to push the boundaries of superintelligence with agentic AI. By automating complex, multi-step tasks typically performed by humans, AI agents will help unlock full human potential.

You will manage and develop the social media presence of H — the corporate brand — and our CEO’s personal brand on LinkedIn and X.

You are not simply managing an editorial calendar: you are a reputation architect, able to create buzz, grow a community..

Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Community Management — H + CEO

    • Manage the day-to-day activity of H’s and our CEO’s LinkedIn accounts: reactions, comments, and targeted interactions with the ecosystem.

    • Grow the community with clear numerical objectives for growth — followers, reach — and engagement — rate and quality of interactions.

    • Identify and engage key profiles in the ecosystem: journalists, decision-makers, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Buzz & Original Ideas

    • Design and execute editorial initiatives: viral posts, original formats, and awareness campaigns.

    • Continuously propose distinctive creative ideas.

    • Monitor trends and seize relevant newsjacking opportunities.

  • X — Twitter

    • Manage H’s presence on X: tone, frequency, and positioning, with a different approach from LinkedIn and a more tech-oriented angle.

    • Identify the right strategy for the audience and objectives on this platform.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and X algorithms and engagement mechanics.

  • Excellent writing skills: you know how to write authentically in someone else’s voice.

  • A strong sense of buzz and creativity: you have already created content that truly gained traction.

  • KPI-driven and rigorous: you use data to guide decisions, rather than relying on intuition alone.

  • Discreet and trustworthy: you will be working on the personal reputation of a senior executive.

What this role is not

This is not a traditional community manager role focused on posting three times a week. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically about reputation, brings original ideas, and understands the difference between visibility and impact.

Location:

  • Paris

  • This role is hybrid, and you are expected to be in the office 3 days a week on average.
