We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive individual to join our team at our Brown & Church location in Pilot Mountain, NC. Brown & Church, a division of Tom James Company, is an American-made neckwear company that produces ties, bow ties, and pocket squares by hand in North Carolina. Established in 1976, the company has a history that includes the legacy of classic neckwear brands like Keys & Lockwood. We are seeking a Hand Seamstress team member to support our various hand sew operations. Ideal candidate will consistently contribute to the overall excellence that will meet or exceed customer and team objectives. This person should enjoy working in a production environment, independently, as well as working with other associates in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation to accomplish goals.
