We're on the hunt for a hands-on, ideas-driven Communication Specialist to shape how Atlean World is seen, felt, and remembered across digital platforms.
You’ll be the engine behind our marketing machine — from campaigns and social media to internal comms and brand development — with freedom to create, test, and build the extraordinary, without boundaries.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Support the management of candidate pipelines through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in maintaining accurate recruitment data and candidate records.
- Help coordinate communication between Business Development Managers and Recruitment Teams.
- Support the publication and management of job advertisements across different recruitment platforms.
- Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and social media channels.
- Monitor recruitment activities and support the organization of recruitment processes.
- Help maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and operational tracking.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- Eligibility for an IEFP Professional Internship.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Business Operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English.
