Physical Therapist
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic position in Raymore, Missouri. This role is designed for a clinician who enjoys structured patient care, practical treatment planning, and working with a broad orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload.
The clinic treats patients ranging from age 11 to 90. Daily work includes evaluating physical function, developing treatment plans, providing skilled interventions, documenting care in WebPT, and coordinating with a clinical team made up of Physical Therapists and PTAs.
New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced Physical Therapists will be considered for the higher salary range based on experience.

Compensation Range
- $65K–$70K annually for new graduate Physical Therapists
- $80K–$90K annually for experienced Physical Therapists, depending on years of experience
Schedule Preference
The clinic offers flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following:
Preferred Option: Four 10-Hour Days
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Alternative Option: Monday–Friday
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and assess strength, mobility, balance, pain, range of motion, and functional needs
- Create treatment plans tailored to orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide skilled therapy services, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, mobility work, and functional movement activities
- Teach patients home exercise programs and safe activity progression
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on patient response
- Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge plans in WebPT
- Work with PTAs to support consistent treatment delivery
- Communicate with providers, referral sources, patients, and team members as needed
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range
