Job Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed drawings and shop drawings independently for assigned projects.
- Responsible for producing a full set of technical drawings from concept design to construction stage.
- Provide space planning, design conceptualization, and material & colour scheme proposals based on clients’ requirements.
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings with attention to detail.
- Attend client meetings to understand project objectives and translate ideas into workable design solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of detailed drawings, technical drawings, and material specifications.
- Able to work independently and manage assigned projects with minimal supervision.
- Creative with good design sense and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant interior design experience preferred.
