  • Bekerjasama rapat dengan khidmat pelanggan dan memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.
  • Mengurus operasi harian dan memastikan semuanya berjalan lancar.
  • Mengawal inventori dan menjaga setiap penghantaran untuk mengurangkan risiko kehilangan dan kerosakan bungkusan.
  • Menyelaras pengagihan tenaga kerja, memantau kehadiran dan prestasi pemandu, memberikan latihan dan bimbingan, serta melaksanakan tindakan disiplin jika diperlukan.
  • Apa-apa tugas dan tanggungjawab lain yang berkaitan seperti yang ditugaskan oleh Syarikat dari semasa ke semasa kepada anda.
