Build and maintain the operator skills matrix and certification system, qualifying operators to a defined standard and keeping accurate, audit-ready training records.
Support operator hiring by identifying the skills and capability gaps for each role, helping define job requirements and screening criteria.
Apply lean and standardized-work principles, including TWI Job Instruction methods, to keep training consistent, repeatable, and current as processes change.
Partner with engineering, production supervisors, quality, and safety to identify capability gaps and close them.
Track training effectiveness, including time-to-competency, rework, first-pass yield, and cross-training coverage, and recommend improvements.
