About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow our existing customer base across the EMEA and APAC regions. This is a critical revenue role focused on account expansion, upselling, and long-term customer value.
As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you act as the commercial owner of a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. You work closely with Customer Success to identify growth opportunities, build an expansion pipeline, and drive adoption across additional teams, regions, and use cases.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term customer relationships, understands how to monetize value over time, and wants to help shape how Account Management is done in a high-growth SaaS company.
 
Responsibilities 

  • Own a book of business focused on expansions and upsells.
  • Drive account growth by identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to source leads and align on account strategy.
  • Build and manage a predictable expansion pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Manage senior and executive stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on long-term growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring customer insights back into the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in Account Management, Expansion Sales, or an Account Executive role.
  • Proven track record of upselling, expansion, and driving revenue growth within existing customer accounts.
  • Strong Account Executives with consistent quota attainment and experience growing existing accounts are encouraged to apply.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify, qualify, and close growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in close partnership with Customer Success.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Structured and process-driven, with strong forecasting and CRM discipline.
