Lavendo is a specialist go‑to‑market recruiting firm helping startups and high‑growth companies hire exceptional sales, GTM, and technical talent. Most of our searches are for Seed–Series C startups building AI‑native, SaaS, and data‑driven products across sectors like infrastructure, developer tools, security, and vertical software.

The Wildcard Application

Don’t see a role on our board that feels like an exact fit — yet? The Wildcard Application is for high‑caliber candidates who want to stay on our radar for upcoming searches across our portfolio of clients.

We regularly open new roles for:

  • Sales & GTM: SDR/BDR, AE/AM, Enterprise AE, Founding AE/first sales hire, Sales Manager/Director, Head of Sales, VP Sales, Revenue/Growth roles.

  • Solutions, Pre‑Sales & GTM‑Technical: Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Product Specialist, GTM‑oriented TPM.

  • Operations, BizOps & Chief of Staff: Chief of Staff, Business Operations, RevOps/Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, founder‑support / special projects roles.

  • Technical & GTM‑Adjacent: Founding Engineer/CTO, PM/TPM, data and backend roles in security/privacy/infrastructure.

If you have strong experience in these areas, especially within AI, SaaS, or data‑centric products, we’d like to hear from you even if we don’t have the perfect search live today.
