Candidate Manager
London Waterloo | Hybrid (Mon, Wed & Thurs in office)

We’re looking for a Candidate Manager to join our flagship London team. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to accelerate quickly in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines
- Own advert response and identify top talent quickly
- Speak to candidates daily to understand motivations, processes, and readiness to move
- Support live roles across multiple levels, maintaining pace and quality
- Partner with consultants to convert activity into placements
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools
Requirements
Essential
- 6–18 months’ recruitment experience (agency)
- Experience in a structured or training-led environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume role
