Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Generic Team - Blackpool 
Location: Blackpool 
Pay Rate: £30.66 per hour

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker for the Generic Team to join our esteemed client. To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level,  UK driving license, and have post-qualified experience.

Responsibilities :

• Join the front line intake service area and assist in exploring new ways of working.
• Innovate to address the daily volume of work coming into ASC.
• Perform robust risk assessment and manage crises effectively.
• Ensure safeguarding practices are followed.
• Demonstrate legal literacy and IT skills.
• Exhibit good communication and decision-making abilities.
• Show enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Have experience in risk assessment, crisis management, and safeguarding.
