  • Key Responsibilities
    Develop and maintain predictive models for business decision-making
    Design and implement feature engineering pipelines
    Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and drivers
    Build segmentation and cohort analyses
    Evaluate and refine model performance
    Translate insights into actionable business recommendations
    Create dashboards and visualizations
    Collaborate with engineering teams for model deployment
    Ensure data quality and reproducibility
    Required Qualifications
    5+ years in Data Science / ML / Advanced Analytics
    Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
    Experience in feature engineering and model development
    Exposure to large-scale data (Spark, Databricks)
    Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge
    Solid understanding of statistical and ML techniques
    Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn)
    Preferred Qualifications
    Experience with Azure
    Exposure to MLOps and end-to-end ML pipelines
    Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
