Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45am – 17:00pm

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 7 MRI Radiographer to join our client's team in Manchester. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality imaging services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall efficiency of our radiology department.

Responsibilities:

The MRI Radiographer will be responsible for performing a wide range of MRI examinations, ensuring the highest standards of imaging quality and patient safety. Duties include preparing and positioning patients, operating MRI equipment, and accurately recording imaging results. The role also involves maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Radiography or equivalent
  • HCPC registration
  • Extensive experience in MRI scanning
  • Strong knowledge of MRI safety and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
