Our client is looking for Italian-speaking Tech Support Advisors to join a global support team assisting users of one of the world's most recognised technology brands. What you'll be doing
As part of the technical support team, you'll help customers get the most out of their devices and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers via phone, chat and email
- Troubleshooting technical and software-related issues
- Assisting with account access, passwords and device settings
- Guiding customers through updates and product features
- Escalating more complex cases when necessary
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience with every interaction

Requirements
We're looking for people who are naturally curious, patient and passionate about technology.
You should have:
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- Good English skills
- Strong communication skills
- An interest in technology and mobile devices
- A solution-oriented mindset
- The ability to troubleshoot and think analytically
Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but it's your attitude and willingness to learn that matter most.
