About the role
Abi Global Health is deploying NAV, our AI-powered health navigation platform, in a flagship multi-entity rollout with a leading healthcare entity in Mexico. We're hiring a Senior Project Manager, based in Mexico, to own the commercial-to-delivery cadence on the different phases of the project.
Requirements
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end project plan across Discovery and phased deployment, managing scope, timeline, dependencies and risk.
- Run live working sessions with the client's business owners, technical teams and gatekeepers; capture requirements across business/operational, technical and data-governance layers.
- Coordinate a distributed delivery team (engineering, AI, product, design) across time zones, keeping sprints, deliverables and acceptance criteria on track.
- Own the preparation and on-time delivery of all key project deliverables, ensuring each meets agreed quality and acceptance criteria before sign-off.
- Manage multi-entity complexity: parallel rollouts to several business units, each with its own systems and processes.
- Track integration workstreams (APIs, connectors, system handshakes) and hold both sides accountable to commitments.
- Maintain governance: status reporting, steering-committee prep, change control, and escalation.
- Be the trusted day-to-day point of contact for the client's project team.
What you bring (required)
- 5+ years managing complex software/technology delivery or implementation projects, ideally with enterprise clients.
- Fully bilingual Spanish/English (written and spoken).
- Strong Agile delivery experience (sprints, backlog, incremental release); comfortable with hybrid Agile/waterfall governance.
- Technical fluency: able to hold credible conversations with engineers about APIs, integrations, data flows and cloud platform, without needing to code.
- Proven multi-stakeholder coordination across business and technical audiences.
- Excellent written communication, structured thinking and a calm, surgical approach to scope and conflict.
Nice to have
- Domain experience in healthcare, health insurance or regulated/data-sensitive environments.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based products and their delivery considerations.
- PMP, PSM/CSM or equivalent certification.
- Experience with insurer ecosystems and contact-center / case-management operations.
