This role is ideal for someone who is AI-native, comfortable moving fast with tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and able to work closely with engineering teams to ship real features into production.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered applications, workflows, and automations.
- Work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks.
- Develop full-stack features, including backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to prototype and ship quickly.
- Support production systems by troubleshooting issues, improving reliability, and contributing to operational workflows.
- Collaborate with the CTO and engineering team across different time zones.
- Participate in PRs, releases, technical discussions, and continuous product improvements.
- Help improve the AI pipeline, including document processing, quality control, and automation logic.
Requirements
Requirements

- Strong familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Experience building or integrating LLM-based applications, AI agents, automations, or RAG systems.
- Understanding of production software workflows: Git, PRs, debugging, deployment, and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS; GCP experience is a plus.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and backend/frontend development.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and follow technical direction.
- Availability to overlap with U.S. working hours.
- Good communication skills and a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
- Experience with MCP, vector databases, or advanced RAG pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes/EKS, or serverless infrastructure.
- Experience in healthcare, legaltech, HIPAA, or other regulated/data-sensitive environments.
- Portfolio, GitHub, or examples of shipped AI/agentic applications.
Benefits
- Fully remote role.
- Opportunity to work on real AI products in the legal and healthcare domain.
- High ownership and autonomy.
- Performance-based incentives and outcome-driven bonuses.
- Potential to grow into a long-term, full-time role as the platform scales.
