In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and technical issues related to our IT services.

Your fluency in Slovak will be vital as you navigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions, ensuring a smooth experience with our IT products and services. You will be key in resolving issues promptly and helping clients maximize their use of our technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak through phone, email, and chat for IT support inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers through solutions to resolve their concerns
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries
• Assist customers with product setup, configurations, and system navigation
• Collect feedback from customers to improve service offerings and user experience
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT support and technology solutions

Requirements

• Fluent in Slovak and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to solve problems effectively
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in IT or technical support, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in technology and a passion for helping customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and IT service management tools is a plus
