Requirements

·       Previous experience in a client service or financial advisory role is highly preferred.

·       Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

·       Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, particularly Redtail.

·       Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check.

Roles/Duties:

·       Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about their accounts.

·       Support financial advisors by preparing reports, processing account transactions, and maintaining compliance documentation.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and accurately.

·       Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and related activities.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within Redtail CRM and imaging systems.

·       Ensure confidentiality and security of client information as per company policies and industry regulations.

·       Help organize client events and marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement.

·       Participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service.

·       Other duties as assigned.
