Right now we are looking for a Purchase Department Assistant.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing car park purchase procedures
- Uploading purchase information and vehicle data
- Checking and entering invoices
- Communicating with automotive purchasing partners across the Baltic States
- Reviewing purchase and sales agreements
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and attentive
- Skilled in or familiar with Excel
- Well-organized and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive team player with good communication skills
- Fluent in Lithuanian and a good command of English
- Previous administrative or data-entry experience would be an advantage

Salary:
From 1454 EUR gross. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
