Role Overview

We are looking for talented Culinary Professionals to join our kitchens at multiple levels:

Chef de Partie – Lead your section, mentor junior chefs, and maintain high culinary standards.

Demi Chef de Partie – Support the Chef de Partie, assist in training, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Commis Chef – Support daily preparation, maintain hygiene, and learn the craft in a dynamic environment.

All roles contribute to delivering exceptional food quality, maintaining high kitchen standards, and supporting team development.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Support kitchen operations during service, maintaining efficiency and organization.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Participate in training, mentoring, and development of junior team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a kitchen environment; previous experience in luxury hotels or high-end dining is an advantage.
  • Culinary degree or diploma is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English is desirable.
