Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Category Strategy Development and ImplementationIdentify opportunities to optimize cost and increase perceived value to improve gross margin.Develop Category Sourcing Strategy as a guideline of cross functions to work out their strategy and priorities.Lead or coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to well implement strategy.
2. Process Excellence & Relationship ManagementOptimize sourcing process to standardize and improve ways of working internally & externally.To perfect Supplier Relationship Management in company level per definition of Sourcing Strategy.
3. Open Innovation & Supply Market IntelligenceDig out internal business needs and leverage suppliers’ innovation capability as an engine to support business growth.Close to supply market and bring supply market & industry intelligence to support business growth.
4. Supplier & Risk ManagementAssess supplier performance and take effective actions to improve with support from cross-functional teams.Continually develop suppliers in other countries to diversify current supplier base.With industry sensitivity to foresee potential delivery risk and cost headwind and take effective solutions to secure production & protect company profits. Job Requirement:
Degree:Bachelor or above;MBA is a plus. English level:excellent5+ years of strategic or commodity sourcing experience in FMCG multi-national corporation.Experienced to develop Category Sourcing Strategy.With experience of Raw Material.Successfully developed or managed oversea supplier base.Successfully worked as a project leader to manage big projects across departments by proven project management skills and influence skills.
