In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible.
Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you're someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we'll ask "why not?" and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.
Company Overview
BridgeBio is a biopharmaceutical company founded to discover, create, test, and deliver transformative medicines to treat patients who suffer from genetic diseases and cancers with clear genetic drivers. We bridge the gap between remarkable advancements in genetic science in academic institutions and the delivery of meaningful medicines to patients. Founded in 2015, the company has built a portfolio of 30+ drug development programs ranging from preclinical to late-stage development in multiple therapeutic areas including genetic dermatology, precision oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, pulmonology, and renal disease, with three approved drugs.
Our focus on scientific excellence and rapid execution aims to translate today’s discoveries into tomorrow’s medicines. We have U.S. offices in San Francisco; Palo Alto; Washington, D.C.; and Raleigh, with small satellites in other parts of the country. We also have international offices in Montreal, Canada, and Zurich, Switzerland, and are expanding across Europe.
What You’ll Do
As Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Strategy & Operations, you will partner directly with the Director, Strategy & Operations, CMC and Supply Chain, to help shape how we make and deliver medicines. You’ll work across functions that bridge science, operations, and business—turning data into insight and insight into action. Your work spans strategic analyses, operational planning, and communications that keep leadership aligned to what matters most: supply continuity, cost, and speed. One week you might be modeling COGS drivers or supporting a build-vs-buy assessment; the next you're synthesizing cross-functional inputs into a crisp update to leadership. If you think in both scientific and business terms and get energy from seeing your analysis inform real decisions, you'll fit right in.
Responsibilities
Analysis & Strategic Projects
- Assist with discrete quantitative analyses (e.g., NPV and ROI modeling, build-vs-buy assessments, make-vs-outsource decisions, risk/benefit, cost optimization, etc.) that feed into leadership decisions in CMC and Supply Chain and BridgeBio management under the direction of the Director of Strategy & Operations
- Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows, templates, or analytical processes and propose lightweight solutions
- Gather, validate, and consolidate technical, financial, and market inputs to support strategic trade-off discussions
- Conduct structured secondary research and summarize implications for internal use
Operational Planning & Coordination
- Support and coordinate recurring business rhythms—including Sales & Operations Planning reviews, launch readiness, and risk updates—following up with owners and ensuring inputs are current
- Track cross-functional deliverables, milestones, and follow-ups, surfacing bottlenecks and misalignments early
- Keep CMC/Supply Chain inputs and financial baselines current
- Maintain CMC/Supply Chain KPIs, dashboards, risk registers, and continuity playbooks, alongside shared trackers and templates, with attention to data hygiene and version control
Stakeholder Communication & Management
- Prepare concise, audience-ready slides and short write-ups for leadership discussions with supervision
- Prepare pre-reads, meeting notes, and action trackers to enable follow-through from key meetings
- Collaborate with Commercial, FP&A, Accounting, Business Development, Legal, and across CMC, Supply Chain, and QA to ensure cross-functional alignment
Where You'll Work

Who You Are
You move with clarity, precision, and pace. You think in both experimental logic and business models, moving fluidly between them. You've worked in a lab and understand how science and business intersect. You thrive in data, building structured models and communicating cleanly through slides and narrative. You are curious, disciplined, and coachable—comfortable being held to a high bar in a fast-moving, close-mentorship environment. You learn fast, welcome feedback, and hold yourself to a standard of analytical and communication rigor that enables clear and informed decision-making for department and company leadership.
