- Ability to learn DC plans and regulations interpret sophisticated plan documents and code provisions, including a familiarity with prototype and volume submitter documents
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills

- Exceptional approach to client service focusing on communications, timely solutions, and client needs
